[esql/c] portability

I have an application written in ESQL/C for Informix. What other
databases have ESQL/C support? (I'm wondering what other databases
it would be possible to port the application to, with little or no
code changes).

The alternatives that have embedded SQL in C are likely to be Oracle
and PostgreSQL.
