hi is there a web site that compares oracle and ms-access

This topic has been done before.  Search google.  The two are like comparing
a flat file client technology with a highly scalable industrial strenghth
RDBMS.  They are not in ther same class.(other than being "databases" Like
comparing a go kart with a Lamborgini)

It would be like comparing heavy bulldozers to plastic pool toys for
the purpose of digging holes.  Both can be used to dig holes, but
their characteristics are _so_ different that it is obviously
ridiculous to compare them.
