I have FM Pro 6 on Mac OS 10.3
How/where to install the Server Administration Plug-in ?
I like to remote administrate a FM Server 5.0

It works with OS 9.2.2 and FM Pro 6 on my old PB G3
but not on my new PB G4.
I do not see the plug-in in the application preferences.

The plugin is on the Filemaker Server install CD, and it needs to be
installled on the client. I don't know if the FMS 5 plugin will work from an
OS X client, and I doubt the 5.5 Server plugin will work on FMS 5.

I did use the FM Server install CD.
That's the point.
Does anybody know if the FMS 5 plugin will work from an OS X client ???

No, it won't work with OS X. Filemaker Server 5 only runs on NT and Classic
Mac OS and the administrator plugin only works when running FileMaker with
these operating systems. You'll have to upgrade your FileMaker Server to
5.5.

I have installed FM Pro 5 in Classic and dropped the plugin in its FM Pro
Extensions folder.
At least I can use it now from my new PB G4.
