I am looking for the most productive way of handling all my Email addresses
and correspondence.  I am happy with Eudora as my Email client.  Now, I want
to determine the best place to put my AddressBook.

I would be interested in any creative ways in which people have set up their
Email addressbook so that they can powerfully search and find the few people
they need to Email right away.  I will need to do that on my PC and on my
PalmPDAPhone.

I find myself frequently asking medical questions or tech questions.  For
each of those questions, I usually search my Addressbook and send to about 5
specific people or YahooGroups.

I am considering using my PalmDesktop if there is a way to search for
backpain and then send automatically to all those Email addresses.  Would
Agendus Professional be able to do that?

Has anybody used Handbase successfully as their Email addressbook?

I also considered using a database like FileMakerPro which is similar to
MSAccess.  You can search for backpain and all the Email addresses CAN be
simultaneously emailed.  The ONLY problem is how would I activate those
FilemakerPro Email addresses from my handheld PDA?

Thank you for any resources or specific suggestions.

Act for Palm might work but you would need to have ACt for Windows installed
t get the benefit. That alone could be expensive. I'm sure there is another
way but I can't think of one right now.
