It dosn't sound like you are doing this in Foxpro which is the subject of
this group, nor have you given anyone enough information to even guess what
your problem is, ie what printer, what sort of document etc.

i assume you are printing in word, in which case the appropriate places
would be groups to do with word, or windows printing issues, as well as the
support site for the printer.
