Hi:
Look for any Config.fpw files that might contain a RESOUCE= command that
points to a read only copy of FOXRESOURCE.
Also, are you logged on as an administrator on the machine? Some of the
settings in the Tools>Options screen are saved to the Windows registry
file. I wonder if you have the rights to modify the Windows registry.
