Help VFP8 SP1 "cannot update the cursor FOXRESOURCE''

I am getting this message "cannot update the cursor FOXRESOURCE'
The 'set as default' button is not enabled on my options screen. No settings are being saved
I have deleted every single foxuser.* file on my system
Also I deleted all the files under C:\Documents and Settings\David Macduff\Application Data\Microsoft\Visual Foxpro
Plus I have removed completely and reinstalled foxpro 8 SP1

Any Ideas

Hi:

Look for any Config.fpw files that might contain a RESOUCE= command that
points to a read only copy of FOXRESOURCE.

Also, are you logged on as an administrator on the machine? Some of the
settings in the Tools>Options screen are saved to the Windows registry
file. I wonder if you have the rights to modify the Windows registry.
