Redistribtuing with vfpoledb.msm

I am writing a C# application that uses the vfpoledb.1 provider to access
dbase tables. I am an MSDN subscriber with VFP9 but I am not using VFP9
directly to create application. I am using VFP9 to create some tables
however. Can I freely redistribute vfoledb provider with vfpoledb.msm in my
Setup and Deployment project for my C# thick client Application?

I can't seem to find any licensing information on vfpoledb.msm.
I noticed it looks like it is free download from here

Any ideas?

The vfpoledb.msm file is listed in the redist.txt file (it's in your VFP app
dir C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9) so yes, you can include it
in your setup.
