No sign of LifeCam in device manager after installing software

Hi,
I am having a problem after installing the LifeCam v1.4 software. There is
no sign of the LifeCam in the device manager or in My Computer. When I try to
start LifeCam I just get a message saying that there is an error, and the
window shuts down. I have installed and re-installed multiple times. Anyone
any idea what the problem might be?

I am running MS XP, with service packs up to V3.

KWM,
This is a FoxPro (MS database language) developer forum . You'll likely get
better responses in an MS forum for XP or check with LifeCam.
