I am in Montreal looking to hire a VFP developer.  The application is
human resources and payroll. Knowledge of West Wind WebConnect would
be an asset. Bilingual French-English also.

(Is this the right place to post this?)

It is fine by me.  You might also try

Yep - it's fine to post here.  Also, www.dice.com and www.monster.com might
work for you but they do charge to post but that is probably where everyone
looks (especially dice.com which I think is more "tech oriented").

Two more spots:

    http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~JobPostings

for general postings, and WestWind's site would be a likely place to
find WebConnect experience:

    http://www.west-wind.com/wwThreads/

[Select "Job Postings" from the dropdown list.]

This year's job postings: One in January, one in May. The latter was
actually inside the US!

Demand is booming.

A quick search on Dice found 56 and on monster I found 109.  But, I'm sure
there are probably a lot out there that just want an app and don't care what
it is written in.
