for multi physical partition database, is it possible to configure
multiple FCM network (in case one network goes down). One way is to
etherchanel two ports, but concern there is what if the switch goes
down to which ports of etherchanel is connected?

You etherchannel across 2 switches.  (Switches support this a switch
interconnect).

can you please elaborate in little more detail about this interconnect
on how to do it on aix?
as far as i know, etherchannel can not be spread over two network
switches (not sure if its etherchannel limitation or AIX limitation).
same is indicated by ibm online documentation
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/systems/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.aix.co
mmadmn/doc/commadmndita/etherchannel_overview.htm

the backup option in etherchannel somewhat solves the problem, however
is there a way an etherchannel can be configured as backup to another
etherchannel?

I'm not a network guy, but I am pretty sure that Cisco 3750 switches
are capable of doing this (at least that's what I've been told).

But all you really care about is availability, right?  Not really
link aggregation.  So with a backup adapter defined it should work
ok.
