I did so. I openede db2cmd window and typed db2start.
I got following message
SQL1042C An unexptected system error occured.
SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued SQLSTATE=57019
Help me out please

I'm not familiar with Windows but I assume that there is a file called
db2diag.log. If you look at the end of this file you might find some
info on what is wrong.
