How can i use a trigger in DB2 to call a webservices in .NEt please i new in db2

I am making webservice that updates data of a table of DB2 to one in
SQL and these in first go off to certain time of the night but in case
that new data are added to the table that this in DB2 is necessary to
shoot to trigger call to the Web service that is made in .Net, have
idea of as I can make this if I have DB2 V.5.1

Is this iSeries? The version number is a bit confusing...
