Hi,
now we have some troubles with restoring a db with the vendor apis of
the backup and restore utility.
We upgraded from db2 version 7 to version 8.2 (windows 2000
environment).
We recompiled the sources (without the need of any changes) and after
that we get the sqlcode -2570 if we try to restore.
The vendor utility is written in C. The process of restore stops after
the first retrieval of data (4096 bytes). This data looks the same as
the block we received during backup.
The trick for starting the debugger also does not work any more, which
makes it not easier...
