Hai .. every one ......

           Can anyone tell the command that will list all the instance
names along with their creator names..............db2ilist is giving
only the names.... pls tell me the command in windows...........

The instances are "created" by root. But the instance owner is usually the
instance name.

I believe that in Windows, DB2 will create a default instance name of DB2
even if the instance owner is something else. I think the default is
db2admin, but it can be changed during install.  You can check the list of
Windows user accounts and probably figure it out. User and group accounts in
DB2 must be defined at the operating system level (in this case it is
Windows).
