problem with GUI tools

hello all,
i have installed a db2 version 8.2 FixPak 4, problem is it is not
showing any of the tool properly.
i.e whenever i try to open CC,DC,SC,RC,CA it is not getting displayed
at all.
but i am able to run all the command through DB2cmd.
what could be the problem with this.

You need to be a lot more specific. What exactly are you trying to run?
What commands are you issuing? Did you install the client, the server,
both? Which one are you trying to execute the commands on ... and what
os platform is it on? What exact error message do you receive?

i am just trying to open command center, development center,control
center but nothing is displaying properly

i'm  trying to create a procedure in a development center and also i am
trying to

it is windows xp and i am not getting any error message
