We have the same issue before. It's solved by enabling the 'remote
access' of the <DB account> on the AIX server.

rlogin is already given to DB account by our default.

Hi,
The SQL code & reason code tells clearly that this particular user id
has been disabled or the user id has been restricted from accessing the
operating environment....
Check id is present on the proper group which is having db2 access.
In AIX shell prompt issue the following command to findout the groups
id idname
