DAS Problem

Hai everyone..........

                     I have installed DB2 ESE on a LINUX
box................. Everything was working fine from DB2
prompt......... i am able to open the control center tooo..... but when
i am trying to create a database frm db2cc ..... it is showing the
following error..................

SQL22205C  The DB2 Administration Server encountered an
unexpected error while executing a request.

Explanation:

An unexpected error occurred in the DB2 Administration Server
while it was processing a request.

User Response:

Refer to the DB2 Administration Server's First Failure Data
Capture Log for additional information.

If trace was active, invoke the Independent Trace Facility at
the operating system command prompt.  Contact IBM Support with
the following required information:

o   Problem description

o   SQLCODE or message number

o   SQLCA contents if possible

o   Trace file if possible

Can anyone help me out with this.......   DAS is also running
.............................

i am able to create a database frm the DB2 prompt..... but i am not
able do tht from Control center.............. Pls some one help
me..........

I think this is due to a mismatch of FIXPAK between the DB2 INSTANCE
and the DAS instance.

Try these

1. db2iupdt
2. dasupdt

After stopping both the INSTANCE and DB2ADMIN stop.

Thanks a lot Shashi ......

I dropped the das and created again..........  it is working
fine........
I think u are right .... I didnt update das..... i updated all the
instances ..... but i didnt update DAS........ any way i recreated the
DAS and is working fine.....
