Hi, I'm after forgetting a password for a database user. DB2 on linux client, server on zSeries. 8.1.5 is the version. I can connect as user SYSADM, which has full authorisations. What's the equivalent of ALTER USER SM1ADM IDENTIFIED BY PASSWORD for DB2 please? Regards. uid's/pwd's in db2 for LUW is handled by the OS... > uid's/pwd's in db2 for LUW is handled by the OS... The DB2 admin changed the password on the mainframe and I ran some SAP utility programs to sync the passwords again. All's OK now. uid's/pwd's in db2 for LUW is handled by the OS... |
