Can somebody help me out here?

I have a web server sitting on a DMZ that has DB2 UDB version 8
installed running on it.  I would like this server to be completely
independent of our internal network.

If possible, I would like to be able to each morning FTP a copy of the
backup image from our production database, which is created from the
previous night's db2 backup, to the web server.  I am hoping that I
can then simply perform a restore from that image into the database on
the DMZ.  This will allow us to make daily updates to our database on
the web server. When I try to do this, I get an Access Denied error
message.  I tried setting up an account on the web server that was
identical to the one on our production server and made sure that the
passwords were the same on both but I am still getting the same Access
Denied message when I try to restore into the database on the web
server.  I also recreated the backup directory structure on the web
server. F:\PRODUCTION.0\DB2\NODE0000\CATN0000\yyyymmdd

Here is the backup command that is run each night from the DB2 Task
Center on the production server:
Backup database PRODUCTION to "F:\DB2Backup\" with 2 buffers buffer
1024 parallelism 1 without prompting

Here is the SQL Restore command that I am trying to run from the DB2
Command window on our web server.
DB2 Restore database PRODUCTION from F:\DB2BACKUP taken at yyyymmdd
into WEBDATABASE replace existing without rolling forward.

Can somebody tell me what I need to do to make this work?
