Hi All:

I use db2 v8 on AIX..

I could not connect to the database nor did any commands like activate
get db cfg for database
work..
checked the OS utilities but gave no possible clue..

Later we had to kill the process db2syscs to and then could connect ..
could not connect to any of the databases on the server till that
time..

Plz suggest and advise if anyone has faced this kind of an issue..

Regards,
Racerx..

Did you get an error message or did it just hang?  If it was an error
message, exactly which one? What did you find in the db2diag.log when
trying to connect?
