Hi,

I have IDS 9.4 on Suse 9.0 pro running happily.
Have anyone tried to run IDS and Oracle 9x in that
environment (for development use only) on the same server?
Adding memory is not a problem.

TIA

Yup, no problem (other than Oracle is a disk hog like you wouldn't
believe) -- I have Informix, MySQL, and Oracle happily coexisting.

It should work as long as you have adequate resources. One thing I
learned the hard way is that Oracle will take a port for it's use,
even if Informix or some other product was using it. So Oracle will
appear to works fine, but Informix will have problems. Hope this
helps.
