Anybody else experiencing problems with PA, the site appears to have
been migrated from lotus.com to ibm.com and is 'experiencing technical'
problems.  It appears to have been down since Saturday.  As this is
the only download site for Informix that we have access to it's
just a wee bit of a problem !!!

The 'Help Desk' is worse than Microsoft, 30 minutes into the call I
was told the site isn't working - that was my opening statement to
them.

The site is indeed "experiencing technical difficulties": I too cannot get
to my Customer Site.
I haven't tried to complain though, since ("for your convenience", no doubt)
PA EMEA can only be contacted by email so far as I am aware.
By the time they get around to reading my mail it will be morning EST, and
Americans will be affected, so it will soon be fixed then :-)

It's not back up yet.
And therefore I have been able to look up the IBM Customer Number/contract
number of a customer for whom we want to place a call.
And therefore IBM UK Tech Support has refused to log a call for this user
:-(

Ho hum ...

"unable", obviously.
Anyway, the PA site is back up now, and our customer's call is logged.
And at least "procedure" has been followed.

I believe the PA team in EMEA has introduced telephone support in a
number of European languages. Not sure if this was ever announced.

Look under the "forgotten my password"

I had a look and found :
