oncheck -pe

I ran this today on a 9.20 UC2 server and piped the output through more ...
seems that it locked all the users of ther system out.
Surely not?
But it DID look that way.

Yes it did.  That was fixed in 7.31/9.21 and later to not lock users when
running oncheck except for index checking (which can also be disabled with
-w).  However, in 9.20, IB, oncheck still locks everyone out.
