What's the version of CSDK? What's the version of Windows (i.e XP, 2000,
2003, Vista etc) you are using? We are not aware about any such issues.

cdotnet.sql

It's very probable that I'm missing something, but I can't find files
cdotnet.sql and coledbp.sql. I have SDK-Client installed but those files
 aren't copied to INFORMIXDIR/etc directory.
