sqldetach not returning

I´m using sqldetach to close all database connections after a fork and
before spawning a new application. However sometimes sqldetach doesn´t
return. The database server is still working without any problems when
this situation appears. I tried to debug the problem with a debugger
but got lost somewhere in the sql library functions. The only solution
i found was to manually close the connection with onmode. I tried
sqlbreakcallback but the callback function was never executed. I would
like to solve the problem within the main application. Maybe setting a
timer could help?

Sounds like there might be a problem...which o/s are you using, and
which version of CSDK?

Getting lost in the SQL libraries while debugging is normal.  :(

I don't necessarily read it every week, even.

What is the stack for the thread calling sqldetach and the output of
onstat -g stk <tid> for the corresponding IDS thread?
