Restarting C license server

Getting the following error compiling in ABF on Ingres 2.0 after a
recent reboot

Compiling extract file . . .
License Error : Cannot connect to the license server.
       for product(Sun WorkShop Compiler C).
       (License server may not have been started)
No SERVER lines in license file (-13,66:146) Connection refused
cc: acomp failed for abextract.c

How do I start the license server ??

Colin,

This is not really an Ingres question, but I think I might be
able to set you wandering off in the right direction ...

Your system admin should have started the license manager using
the proper link to the startup script in the /etc/rc<something>.d directory.

Either the startup of the license manager failed, your license
expired, or the startup is not automated.
