Check the SQL Server Agent account has permission to access your database.
Running from enterprise manager could run using a different user context to
scheduling via SQL Agent depending on the accounts configured to run the SQL
Server Service and that of the SQL Agent..

Subject: [Info-ingres] Scheduled SQL Job pulling from Ingres Fails
Hi All,
I have a DTS job to pull data out of an ingres database. When I run
this job manually through enterprise manager, it runs perfectly, when I
schedule it, it fails.
I've found a Microsoft KB on a similar problem that didnt help.
Has anyone had this before? What did you do to resolve this?
Cheers,
Steve

Thinking about it, Would this be of issue, as our Data Source is setup via
ODBC with the credentials in there, so whether the job was scheduled or not,
I would have thought that the user running the actual job would only make a
difference on the database the data is being imported to, not where it's
coming from, as that's taken care of by ODBC?
