We're running 2006/Solaris. Is 2006r2 different to any real extent (backward compatible)?

Also, what's the POU (Pain Of Upgrade) factor?

Consider what, exactly? That a generic "from" name supplied by an anonymous remailer may appear in a variety of OK or unsavoury posts? That's just the way these things work.

Having read my original post, and carefully considered whether or not, judging by the content, and context in which it was posted, i.e. about Ingres, to Newsgroup c.d.i., I hope that one might take it as a genuine request for information (which it is).

Perhaps you aren't running 2006r2 on Solaris? Mabe you are. Hopefully someone will be able to provide a meaningful reply! Please?

Regards,

P.S. I wonder who I'll be this time. Noman Nescio?
