10g GUI intaller - runInstaller

I'm having a minor issue with the 10g gui installer. I've tried running
it with both the cygwin and Linux X server. None of the input fields
accept backspace or use of the arrow keys. If I run xterm or xedit on
the same server those keys work just fine. Has anyone else encountered
this? If you fixed it how did you do it?

As a workaround I can highlight whatever I need to replace and type over
it which works fine. It's just the backspace and arrow keys that don't
work and it's a nuissance.

TIA

It's a known issue: installer does not work with all the X-tools around. Use
one that does, like Mocha, or Reflection.
