We use a Filemaker database to track the workflow on documents that are
modified enroute by several people. The documents themselves are in
Word, since we need to use the track changes feature.  Unfortunately,
sometimes versions get mixed up.

I have an address list that has the name and address all on one line
(in one field). I.E. Bill & Sally Smith 1234 S Main St Denver CO

I am using FM 9.3 to create a reference library for documents needed
in valuation of various financial assets. A table called Muni Bonds
has a field containing a URL of the document describing the bond in
detail. This document is in the PDF format, and could be anywhere from
