I have two tables, both have a field with the same data type and length
(11 digit numbers).
I want to compare the two tables.
Table A is my master table.  Table B is the one I want to compare A against.

I would like to create a database containing information on where different
items are stored in drawers.
It should be dynamic so that when one user has made a record and put an item
in one place this place is not avaibale to the next user.

I am trying to populate a field with text, depending on what account logs into
to the database.  Let's use 2 fields:
ACCOUNT

FM Server 8 on Panther server
FMP8 client on Panther
file has a group set up for external authentication
that group exists in workgroup manager

I have a database in FMP8v2 with a self join relationship to show related
records through a portal.  The portal shows the 5 most recent related
records based on self join relationship through field XXXX.  My question is:
how can I make a button in each line of the portal to ...

We're finally moving our client forward to Windows 2000 FMP 7 and will
be doing it via a network install (7 locations across the country) and
using the silent option with the Assisted Install.txt and Setup.ini
files as appropriate.

I am trying to flag/ highlight  outstanding items in orders I am
receiving by changing text or  fill color on a field.
Is this possible with FMP6.04 at all? Online help is obscure on this.

is there a way to have a table view but the user can add remove fields
at his/her own discrection. So for exmaple, i made a new layout with
just the table view format and I have some fields showing by default.
But there are other fields some user might want to add and some fields
