As is well known, FileMaker Ltd.'s new Bento database for Leopard
directly accesses Leopard's built-in Address Book and iCal.
Is there a way to do the same through FileMaker Pro 9 Advanced - on
Leopard?

Is it permissible to transfer the license for a copy of Filemaker
Server from one person to another?  In other words, if I buy a full
(not an upgrade) version of Server 9, can I transfer my old copy of
Server 8.5 to someone else, since I no longer have any use for it?

I've got a script that uses the Send Mail step to grab text from
various fields and send an email via the user's default mail program.

I've been using MS Access for the last 10 years and have decided that
it's time to take a look at Filemaker.  I see that there's a free
trial available.  Where do I start?  Are there any really good books
or websites for a beginner?

I'm trying to automate a process on a database.
Regularly, it is necessary to list all records entered since a specific
date A. This date will change every 3rd month or so - though it will
also occassionally be necessary to be able to select another date.

Is it possible to put FMPRO 7 on a USB-stick, so that I can use it on
other PC's where FMPRO isn't installed?
If so, how can I do that?
