I've a DBC with 5 tables. I deleted the .CDX file in one table. When I open
that table for the first time a message displays 'Structural CDX file not
found'. After ignoring that message it can be opened the table but I want to
open that table without prompting a message.

I have a visual fox pro database file where a few of the tables are linked to
a Microsoft Access application.  I only use this link to retrieve data from
the vfp database, and never write to it.
The issues that I have discovered are two-fold:

I'm trying to call a stored procedure that is integrated in a FoxPro .dbc
file, and all this done from within SQL Server 2005. What I've allready found
is an updated driver for FVP oledb, and the use of linked servers. Finally I
seem to get some result but still no succes. But ...
