Can somebody tell me under what circumstances the DIRECTORY( ) function can
fail other than the following?
   a. Directory is not available
   b. Directory is not a system directory or hidden

I'm using the GetFileAttributes() & SetFileAttributes() in Win32API to get
and set file attributes. But can someone tell me under what circumstances
above functions will fail to get and set attributes?
