I am trying an install on a new "clean" vista machine. Everything works fine

I am on window vista sp1, vpf 9 sp2.
After I installed sp2, the Tasks panel Manager come up with error.

Hello - I have an application I am using ole automation with CreateObject to
automate the application and I use automation to pull up a dialog box in the
other applicatio.  But, when the dialog box is displayed and I flip back to
VFP it is like VFP is in a wait state and prompts ...

When this was released there were many comments about problems it caused,
giving me the impression that it was safer to stay with SP1.
I would value readers' opinions as to whether it is now better to move now
to SP2, or stick with SP1?

If VFP is busy executing a function/procedure and the timer goes in the
middle, does VFP stop, execute the timer event function and then continue

1.  I`ve accidentally removed all the `spywares` including the one that
authenticates the Windows Product Key when I start-up Windows.
2.  Now, when I boot-up my computer, I received this message:

One that connects tnsnames.ora and the other with ldap.ora
I can use VFP9.0 to connect to the one that uses tnsnames.ora but not the
other.
