My app (VFP8)  prints some reports to fanfold stationery in dot-matrix
printers.
I tell the users how to to set up a custom paper size in the OS's Print
Server, and how to select it for the appropriate printer.

I have a question regarding custom paper formats:
I created a report with a custom size. This works well in
win98. But when i run this report on a w2k or a win xp
machine the printer thinks i'm printing on a A4 form.

In Win98 and Windows2000 I'm using the same report file and data to generate
output to the same printer, BUT the number of rows (detail lines) is
different. Before printing I set the paper size to Letter for both
(overriding expr field in first row of frx table).
