VFP 9 report problems with numeric fields27 Apr 2006 15:06 GMT5
It seems numeric field lengths must be bigger in 9.0.
Almost all my reports print '***** (astericks) in the number fields.
I don't really want to go thru all my reports and stretch the EVERY column.
(I do want to start using multipe-bands so i don't want the report behavior

I want to be able to change the target container's size to match the

Hi Group..
I have this chronic problem with the ticket printers...
every thing works ok... but when the Restaurant is crowded the printing
ticket procedure start to get slow and sometimes gets stuck!!

I'm new to foxpro and we have a new database that allows us to write reports
using filters.  I ran across a function val(  that causes it to sort by
numeric.  My question is, is there a list of these types of functions which
can be used somewhere on the internet?

From what I've read, page ejects are triggered by the windows driver
automatically.

Is there a way to add a prompt to a report.  What I mean is can you prompt
for the filter info that you need say if lastname is equal to (prompt ) so
that the user does not have to build filters?  We have a database that uses
filters to pull the info but not all users know which ...
