I'm sending an FRX report to a PDF file using FRX2ANY.  I've

The printer is dot matrix. The paper is endless pre-printed with some form
format A5 with width 210mm and with perforation at each 148mm.
How can create Report for this paper? In Page Setup there is also offered A5

To rotate the text in some of my reports, I had to SET REPORTBEHAVIOR
90.
It works fine on my machine with VFP9 installed running the exe file
built from the project.
