While working on a project, the PM window disappeared and I cannot get it
back!
Clicking on the Project Manager item in the Window menu does nothing.

As much as I like the fox product.  I want my program to have my program icon
(icons), when it is running.  How do I do this?
I can associate 1 icon to the project, but it does not become the icon in
the top left corner, nor is it the default icon if you try to create one
