We have a machine that has the 1.00.02.00 of the VFP ODBC driver that we need
updated to 4.0.  We found http://support.microsoft.com/kb/271908/en-us that
fit our problem, but the recommendations in the article have not worked for
us.  

I just setup dual monitors, for use with an older foxpro based application.  
All of my 32-bit apps run find on both monitors, but the 16-bit foxpro app
will not work when dragged and utilized on the secondary monitor.  It does
work when I drag it back to the primary monitor.  ...

I have foxpro 8 that i have to learn how to use, and when I go to install
it, i get the message.. "this update is not designed for the application you
currently have installed"
I'm running XP pro SP2, and I don't have any fox pro or any programming
