I am confused. Some parts of IBM's web site lead me to believe that DB2 Connect is included in OS400/DB2, other parts of the web site show me how much DB2 Connect costs. Anyone know for sure? The reason I am asking is that I downloaded the DB2 Connect Personal

In reading through the DB2 documentation it isn't 100% clear to me if the FCM parms only affect communications for partitioned databases or if some or all of them also affect non-partitioned databases. Please shed some light on this for me. Thanks.
