On a v81 UDB AIX system, LOGFILSZ is set to 4000 (4KB pages) for a
database. LOGPRIMARY and LOGSECONDARY are set to reasonable values.
However, the log files, instead of being 16MB in size, are about
16KB or 17KB in size.

Only one client can connect to DB2 at a time from our office. Once a
connection is established, anybody trying to connect gets the message
"SQL0973N  Not enough storage is available in the "MON_HEAP_SZ" heap
to process the statement.  SQLSTATE=57011".

I have a web portal made with PHP and DB2 running and i use Apache Web
Server.
DB2 8.1, PHP 5 and Apache 2.0.50 on Windows XP.
After some usage the system's memory increases dramatically and i

We're new into DB2 and have some problem with DB2 8.1 (?) on a Linux system.
We load some big tables of a DB2 database from files every day. We do a
"DELETE FROM table" for each table and then we load the data by something
like that:

FP1 to FP6 where approximately 300 Mb.
FP7 is 687 Mb !!! I wonder why, in that case, you don't allow a full image
or fixpack application on Linux, depending on wheter ESE is or is not
present.

I have applied on Linux the FP7 for DB2 UDB V8.1.
Then I have installed the FP7 information center.
db2start: error while loading shared librairies: libcxa.so.1...
This library does not exist and I only have libcxa.so.3 there.

Hello, I need some help with a small problem. I have a fixed length
format dat file with the first and last lines been the header and
trailer file information.  The header, body and trailer information
have each their own fixed format lengths.  What need to know is if

Hi DB2 Team.
               My Enviroment of work is:
                           Server : AIX 5.1
                           DB2 : 7.2

I was asked to install db2 udb workgroup edition (version 7.2) 64-bits on
AIX. But I cannot find that we have a CD with that software. Only Enterprise
Edition.
Is it correct that you have to install Enterprise (Server) Edition if you

I have two db2 box here, running a vrrp daemon to provide IP failover...
The two nodes are perfectly identical (same os, users, and db2 setup
(instances, db, tables...)).

I am getting sql error during binding a program which access a temporary table.  
The temporary table declaration and access methods are given below.

          DEV databases SURVEY, QUALDEV, DBDCDEV

We are licensed to use V8 DB2 Workgroup Server both 'limited' and
unlimited editions on Windows platform.
I have no trouble executing 'db2licm -n password 4' to update number
of licensed processors on W2K running UNLIMITED edition.
