In UDB V7 or V8.1 the password for increasing license can be retrieved by the command : db2licm -l But now in the Version 8.2 (Linux) no password is displayed by this command, How can I get this ? Thank you

Due to a disk crahs I had to reinstall RedHat 3 ws. After installation I alpplied all updated packages and continued installing db2 8.1 ws. Before running the db2setup, I also applied fp7a. When I try ro run db2setup I encounter this error message

Can it be that when I'm running DB2 8.1 on AIX 5.2 I have to create a new user every time I want to create a new instance? I tried the standard db2icrt command using a different instance name and it errors out unless I have a user of the same name on the system.
