I'm like to add a new column to an existing table that will be
NOT NULL and have a WITH DEFAULT value.

I dropped the db2detaildeadlock event monitor without flushing the
events that were full hoping dropping it will clear the messages also.
I now understand this is a default monitor that I should not dropped.

The same dynamic sql statement at the same database needs from one
application seconds and from another milliseconds.
Isolation level and optimization level are the same.
What else could be different.
