I am inserting a record into a table that has an identity column that
does a GENERATED ALWAYS.  It is the only column in the table that
gives the record its uniqueness.  I want to capture this number when I

I found the /var/adm/wtmpx file growing very fast because there are
huge "db2fmcdfmcSFèê" strings repeating in the file. My environment is
DB2 v8(FP14) + Solaris v9. Is that the DB2 Fault Monitor Coordinator
caused this problem? Any ideas to fix it?

I have a situation here :   I have an AIX server with Db2 V8.2 ESE
FP13 installed and running multiple databases.  When I tried to
install the FP14, the installer said DB2 not found.  SMIT software
listing doesn't list DB2 either.  I can see the /usr/opt/db2_08_01

I am having an issue where I get an SQL0906N while I try to open a
cursor. The error says that the function is disabled due to a prior
error however I am not able to determine what that means.
