I want to write heartbeat monitoring script and connect to each of the
8 nodes of production from client machine and see if any of the nodes
can not be connected. is it possible to export DB2NODE from client and
then terminate and connect to be able to connect to individual

I am posting this again because it turned out the problem wasn't in the LOG
space (which incidentally also filled up), but in the TEMP space.
So, upon attaching a partition and then executing the SET INTEGRITY command
on a 42 GB table (SMS, indexes included in the size) the 35 GB ...
