Our DB has noticeably gotten slower over the past few months [since
Art last gave me a "hey your DB is purring along fine"].  I checked,
and our Read Utilization is down around 95%, which is rather low --
the last check I did it was closer to 99.97%.

We've got a W2000 machine running IDS 9.4 with 2 CPUs and the following
ONCONFIG settings:

Not being very thrilled w/ Informix's "quality" these past few months.
Have a stickler of a problem though.
Yesterday, I tried pulling up a blob out of our db, with id [primary
key] of 17845.  It came up saying something about the blob stamp, and
XBSA return code 204123 Nov 2004 16:53 GMT1
if anybody knows what XBSA error 2041 means or where can one find this
error codes description, please let me know. thank you
