I have IDS 10.0 and I've read about VTI (Virtual Table Interface). From
what I read, I would believe I would have it. But WHERE. In dbaccess I
cannot "create access method" which is presumable essential to get it

I've always held to the idea that index searches won't happen if you

ifxb_main files not deleted under heavy load26 May 2006 05:54 GMT3
sometetimes we're running into a strange problem:
under heavy loads a java application leaves hundreds of files named
ifxb_mainxxx. This files contains the text blob column of one of the
tables used. Somehow this files are not deleted as in normal workload.
