We just moved from IDS 7.31.UD6 last weekend (please don't ask why we

Slackware Linux 9.1.  Slackware has terminfo installed in

I am looking for some advice on how to tune TAPEBLK and LTAPEBLK when
using disk devices for TAPEDEV and LTAPEDEV. Is there any reason to
move away from the default of 32KB and match the values to the block
size of my filesystem, i.e. 8KB?

Anyone know what that means?

I have question about CPU utilization. My system is a HP UX 11.11 with
IDS 10.00.FC5. I heard once IDS is well configured if you have
usercpu/syscpu relation of >= 4 in onstat -p.

I'm running compiled 4GL version 7.32 UC3 on Linux and when I try to
execute a 4ge program I get the following error:

We are having problems with onabr and Veritas NetBackup. Our logical
logs are bing backed up to tape just fine but when we try to kick off a
level 0 on the Database, nothing gets written to the log.xxx file and
the onbar command immediately comes back to screen and no messages.
