I have problem with PAM (Pluggable Authentication Module).
I have IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.40.UC8 on Solaris 9.
I can't to adapt Informix for users authorization by PAM.

I upgraded to FC9 due to sequencial scan errors on FC6.  I am now
getting OBDC errors when trying to connect.  Does anyone have any

I have to deliver an unload-like file from a query
with many DECIMAL data, but they require that numbers
be rounded and be shown with no period. But when I use
unload the final file shows "250.0" instead of "250",

Is there any way to kill a running update statistics.
UPDATE STATISTICS HIGH FOR TABLE foo (bar) DISTRIBUTIONS ONLY.
I tried with with onstat -z several times but it runs and runs and seems to
do nothing anyway.

By default the user informix is in the admiistrators group, which is a
security hole. if somebody compromises the database he will an
administrative account for the whole server.
My question is how do I run Informix IDS (10) when the informix user
